gccgo-powerpc-linux-gnuspe software package provides Go compiler (based on GCC) for the powerpcspe architecture, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gccgo-powerpc-linux-gnuspe
gccgo-powerpc-linux-gnuspe is installed in your system.
